The Mingle Jingle Holiday League

A holiday mahjong league at The Mingle Studio, and one of the very first leagues in our new home. Six Tuesday evenings in The Nightingale, our main floor, with fresh opponents each week and a party to close out the season.

Playing for a cause: 10% of every league registration goes to the Community Foundation of Greater Greensboro’s Thanksgiving Fund, which helps local organizations serve hot Thanksgiving meals to neighbors in need.

Sign up solo. We shuffle the tables every week, so by the final night you’ll have played with nearly everyone in the room.

How it works:

• Six Tuesdays, November 10 through December 15, 6:00 to 8:30pm

• Two rounds of four games each night

• 2026 NMJL card only, scored by the card’s hand values

• Standings based on total points across all six weeks

Thanksgiving week? If you can’t make Tuesday, November 24, you can play week 3 on Thursday, November 19, from 6:00 to 8:30pm instead.

Your season includes:

• Six nights of league play with our collection of luxury tiles

• A keepsake ornament commemorating the first league at The Mingle Studio

• A holiday party on our final night, December 15

• Prizes for the top three finishers. First place will win an Anders Ruff Design Co. holiday tile set!

Players should know how to play by NMJL rules. Bring your 2026 card if you have one. We’ll have a limited number available to borrow or purchase.

Can’t make a week? You’re welcome to send a sub. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead for approval, and your sub’s points count toward your standing.

Snacks and beverages are available for purchase.

Prefer daytime? Our Wednesday morning league runs the same six weeks, 10am to 12pm.

Registration is open until the league fills. Cancellations made 7 or more days before the first night are eligible for a full refund. Inside that window, we’re happy to transfer your spot to another player. Just email hello@theminglestudio.com.
